He's currently focused on VeloVisa\, which helps sports teams manage the P-1 Visas for their professional international athletes.\n\nAnna Jordan-Douglass\, PhD\, is an award-winning interactive producer of educational media and is the Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Makefully. Makefully is dedicated to making meaningful\, purposeful and impactful learning environments and educational media.\n\nTyler Hilker is the Vice President of Strategy at Crema. In this role\, he leads Crema's strategic\, emergent\, and consultative initiatives by communicating and enabling key change efforts\, defining processes around innovation and idea management\, and pushing the Creative IQ of Crema's clients and teams.
