Richard's expertise spans IT strategy, data analytics, solution delivery, crisis management, and information security, with a strong focus on innovation, organizational change, and technology leadership in complex, global environments. Richard was previously the CTO for American Century Investments, Global Transformation Strategist with HPE, and is an Accredited Sustainability Advisor.
