The Externship Experience allows teachers to observe and interact with your business and helps educators connect classroom academic knowledge to real-world business and industry applications. The goal is for the teacher to take the experience back to the classroom in preparing high school students to be success-ready to meet the demands of today's workforce. Ultimately, this experience is the springboard to opening future doors and opportunities for interaction between high schools and business hosts.
